EBI - Euro Builders Inc. was established in l992. EBI engages primarily in the building and managing of new Custom Homes and Remodels. EBI has built/remodeled homes in many of Los Angeles most prestigious areas Bel Air, Pacific Palisades, Brentwood, Santa Monica and Beverly Hills spanning many different architectural styles from Mediterranean, Tudor, Cape Cod, Spanish, Contemporary, Italian to Traditional. We have built on flat lots to major challenging hillsides. If your project is on a very challenging site then EBI is the right company for you.

EBI is there to assist in the pre construction phase working closely with owner, Architect and consultants on everything from integration of mechanical, plumbing, electrical systems to value engineering. During the construction process a Superintendant and/or Projects Manager is on-site to faciliate all aspects of the daily work. EBI is a hands-on project manager. Patrick Ruane visits each project on a regular basis.
Each stage of the construction process is dealt with in a professional and prompt fashion exactly according to the Architectural and Engineering plans and all other specifications. The seamless integration and execution of all these various groups is what EBI prides itself on and has consistently maintained an exceptional record meeting project schedules and in some cases completed projects ahead of schedule. When a client first moves into their new home it is an exciting and also somewhat intimidating time. New homes like new babies have teething pains and growing needs. Knowing we are there over the long term to address any issues, is a comfort to our clients. We are committed to our clients needs long after construction has finished.

WARRANTY: For one year after the issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy, EBI and its partners will address any warranty issues that may arise.
